Lab Results from the latest batch of
Insulow.
We would like
to take a minute to explain the difference between Glucorell R
and other products that you may see that look similar or claim
to be as effective as Glucorell R.
R+ALA is a very
expensive material if it is of the highest purity. The only way
to determine the purity of R+ ALA is to test the optical
rotation. Optical Rotation is how far the molecule is turned to
the right, hence R+.
If you do not
use the purest form of R+ ALA and add biotin like Glucorell R
does the results of the product are greatly diminished.
For this reason we have our
material tested by an independent lab to insure the quality. If
a company is not willing to do this for the consumer there is
usually a very good reason why. We will post on the this website
the results of the latest tests as they are performed. Optical
Rotation must be 120 degrees or higher to be of the highest
quality.
Note: Many companies are also selling K
R-ALA. This is a low grade of R-ALA with potassium attached to
it. Be aware that there is no way to test the optical purity of
this product and it has never been proven effective in any
clinical study. Since it can not be tested for quality and has
no record of efficacy it can not be compared to the R+ ALA used
in Insulow®. Though some companies
make this claim.
